Do you charge for shipping?
For all orders $69.99 and under, a flat charge of $10 is applied for shipping. Orders $70 and above ship free!
I can't wait to get the shoes I just bought! When will they arrive?
All items are shipped within one business day. Once shipped, items typically take two to five business days to arrive. We are on the East Coast. The further the package has to travel, the longer it generally takes. If you believe there is a problem with your delivery, just let us know.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, no problem! We accept returns of unworn shoes with all original packaging within sixty days of purchase. Prior to shipment, please place the item in a brown protective box similar to the one that it arrived in.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded unless we have made a mistake on our end. Also, note that a 5% restocking fee applies to all items eligible for free shipping.
Do these shoes run true to size?
All shoes run differently, and are subject to individual opinion. What "runs big" to one person may be "true to size" for another. As such, we cannot comment on subjective questions.
Are these shoes comfortable?
Similar to the sizing question above, we can't comment on matters subject to an individual’s judgment. What fits right on our foot may not feel right on yours......
I don't see the size or style I am looking for. Can you special order it?
Often times we only have one chance to stock an item. Once we are sold out, we are unable to get additional pairs of this item. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Check back often as New Arrivals appear daily.
